wire closet shelf Manufacturing. What principles should be followed for storing heavy goods on mold shelves

We cannot blindly use mold shelves, as this can lead to shelves being unable to withstand weight and collapsing. When using mold shelves to store products, we also need to follow some basic rules.

When storing heavy products, it is important to remember to prevent top-heavy situations, as if the weight below the shelves is not enough, there is a high possibility of the shelves tilting or even collapsing when picking up the goods above. Therefore, in order to avoid this situation, heavy molds should be stored below the shelves.

　　2. Prevent shelf overload. For any shelf, product weight overload can cause significant damage to the shelf. The mold shelves are also the same, so warehouse employees must strictly store according to the maximum weight that the shelves can withstand when carrying out storage operations.

　　3. Forklifts should be handled with care when in stock. The mold shelf has a relatively simple structure, and if the forklift collides seriously with the shelf while driving, it will cause huge damage to the entire mold shelf.
