　　2. The structure of the shelves and the pillars of the shelves should be determined by whether the bending of the cross-section is numerous and uniform. A more uniform and symmetrical structure is better. The crossbeam of Wuxi shelves depends on the hook structure of the crossbeam and the form of the crossbeam hanging on the column: it is better to have more hooks on the crossbeam, and the more force it bears, the better.

　　When hanging the hook of the crossbeam onto the column, it is necessary to check whether the contact between the hook and the column is tight and consistent. The inner side of the hook should be close to the side of the column without any gap. Only in this way can the structure be stable and durable under good stress.

　　3. The surface treatment of heavy-duty shelves should be uniform and have strong adhesion. Whether the surface coating of the shelves is uniform depends on whether there are any omissions on the inner edge of the shelf column holes. During inspection, a hard object can be gently tapped to indicate that the shelves are prone to rust if they fall off easily.

　　4. The welding process must be based on the uniformity and fullness of the weld (fish scale shape is better), without any gaps or missed welds.
